As of November 24, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 8,609,126 while over 140,068,810 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached 221,916 and 8,009,527 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 2,948,760 and 89,635 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (949,133), Tunisia (716,609), Ethiopia (370,522), Libya (369,455), Egypt (352,123) and Kenya (254,781).
